Scouting Report:
Brian Johnson is a legitimate two way player from the University of Florida. Consensus has Johnson pitching at the next level, but he has enough potential offensively that some see his future as a position player.
Johnson is one of the top lefthanders eligible for the 2012 MLB Draft. He has a 3/4 release and does a good job of repeating his delivery. He shows good command of all three pitches in his repertiore.
Johnson’s fastball sits in the low 90′s, topping out at 94. His curve is above average and his change is also a quality pitch.
